MICROCELL - THE ULTRA-LIGHT RECOIL PAD   

microCell  is the new generation recoil pad by Cervellati srl, produced in an expanded technopolymer. Compared to the traditional pads in rubber or in gel, microCell offers the following advantages:

- microCell  is  50-60%  lighter;

- significantly  higher recoil absorption;

- minimal deformation during the shot;

- no   “bottom   out”   effect   over  time.

Grinding Instructions

1. For perfect adherence,  flatten the stock’s  back  and wrap  the stock  to protect it during the process.

2. Lubricate  the   screws,  then   plug   them   in   the   original   holes   on   the  stock.

3. To grind the toe end of microCell pad,  it is necessary to use a high speed machine. We  recommend   to employ  a   400 grit sanding belt   for finish.   Best results can be achieved by the use  of a new  and lubricated belt.

4. Finally, during the grinding,   the stock  should  be gently drawn  close to the belt. This will avoid overheating and damaging the recoil pad.
