Compression moulding department:
36 40-400 tonne presses with heating surfaces from 300 x 300 mm to 1000 x 1000 mm
Injection moulding department:
8 80-450 tonne vertical presses with capacity to 4 Kg
(1 : 450 tonne – 1 : 300 tonne – 2 : 270 tonne – 1 : 175 tonne – 1 : 140 tonne – 1 : 80 tonne)
2 horizontal presses, (1: 220 tonne, 1 : 270 tonne), with injection capacity to 1.2 kg
Note: 4 of the above presses have a loader (8-12 litres) for Silicone
1 150 tonne Arburg press for Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Thermoplastic Rubber (TPE) moulding
Department for preparation of rubber-to-metal bonding:
Cast iron grit sanding belt
Manual corundum sander
Spray painting booth for adhesives
Manual brush painting booth for adhesives
Control instruments (calibrated):
Centesimal gauges, hardometers, piece counting scales, temperature tester, pressure gauge, computerized profile projector, in addition to a megohmmeter for controlling resistivity and electrical insulation.
We also have a rheometer and a balance for specific weight in order to check the purchase compounds.
