Among Vulkollan®’s distinctive features, its main quality has to do with its high elasticity and endurance to heavy loads.  Even under very high loads, the industrial wheels made out of this extraordinary polyurethane compound do not suffer any type of permanent deformation: thus, their use is suitable for carrying structures that are used for transporting heavy elements.

Cervellati produces wheels according to the client's drawing and specifications. 

Cervellati's wheels are quitable for bottling, automatic, labeling and packaging machines, for floor-washing machines, for rubbish compression and disposal plants, for industrial plants for the materials handling, for overhead travelling cranes, for squeeze rollers and for wire-guided conveyor systems.

Their diameter might vary from 20 to 800 mm and they can weigh up to 80 Kg; Cervellati can produce Vulkollan wheels slso with a metal insert in C40 steel, Aisi 303 and 304 stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, cast iron, or plastic such as Ertalon.

Iron rings can be supplied: diameters 700 mm, manufactured using calender, welding, and lathe techniques. They can be fitted on solid hubs, then coated up to a diameter of 800 mm.
