For the domestic and LPG gas supply sector, Cervellati produces: - Cloth diaphragms and sealing pads, made of NBR or FKM with/without a
metal insert, employed in pressure reducers and pressure stabilizers. - Reinforced diaphragms (with rubberized fabric) for pressure checkers,
brakes, and switches. - Waste-gate valves for turbocompressor systems.
Technical features: - available in various thickness;
- diameters ranging from few millimeters up to 800mm;
- also manufactured for small series;
- special steel moulds thermally treated are available
for high technological performances;
- the combination of rubber and textile fibres enables the
employment of materials, such as nylon, nomex, viscose
and polyester cotton.
