Cervellati has gained specific experience in the employment of various types of MDI polyester and polyether, as well as of Vulkollan, thus starting up production lines made specifically to meet the requirements of its customers.
Cervellati offers a series of standard products, a specific competence on wheel coverings of any size, diameter and type of use and a vast collection of customizable items made upon the customer's request.

Our standard articles and wheel coverings can be produced using different types of MDI Polyester and Polyeter Polyurethane.

Technical Features:

- Polyurethane, and in particular the MDI-polyester system and Polyethylene, offers high mechanical response;

- Polyurethane is extremely resistant to corrosive fluids, hydrolysis, collision and to the contact with abrasive moving parts;

- Resistance to temperatures up to 80-90°C;

- Endurance to high breaking loads, and still preserving low heat production for internal friction.
