Vulkollan® - Product range |

 Cervellati distinguishes itself from other Italian companies in this sector thanks to its manufacturing flexibility regardless of whether the lots being produced are small, medium-sized or large.
Cervellati srl also supply its clients with the moulds required to produce the products they need.
We supply two different lines of Vulkollan® products:
Semi-processed Vulkollan articles: solid bars - piping - small plates (500 mm x 500 mm). Semi-finished items are also available with metal or plastic insters, lathe machined, straightened, mould finished, etc…
These products can be manufactured using Vulkollan ® with four different levels of hardness: 65 / 70 / 80 / 92 Sh°A.
Component weight can vary from 1 g to 70 kg.
Some examples of Cervellati’s productions in Vulkollan® are:
- A full range of solid Vulkollan ® bars, with a hardness of 92 Sh° A and
diameters ranging from 15 mm to 100 mm; - Wheel moulding for many manufacturers of electric lifting machinery; - Coupling elements; - Centrifugal cleaners: high elasticity factor enables creation of
self-supporting structures; - Vulkollan® decouplers: thanks to its technical features, this material
is sound proof.
